The reason we put personal service first.

John founded GIC Medical Disposal in 2009 to give customers a waste service they could trust. Customers were dealing with confusing bills, missed pickups and being passed between departments when they needed help.

Today, he leads GIC-GREEN with that same priority: reliable service, clear answers and a team customers can reach.

Supporting the people behind your service.

Ema leads human resources as GIC-GREEN’s Chief People Officer, supporting the teams behind Greenflow and GICMD.

She focuses on employee support, clear expectations and opportunities to grow. Her work helps our people do their best for customers and each other.

Rob is an industry veteran who has founded companies and spent years working in the waste sector. He brings that practical experience to his role as CFO, overseeing the financial side of GIC-GREEN.

Srdjan builds the systems that help GIC-GREEN run better. He focuses on improving everyday workflows and building customer data protection into the tools our team uses.
